Adding Users

To add a user to Aampe:
  • System Settings > Account members
  • Select the Invite User button
  • Provide the user’s email and role
If needed, see the developer guide for instructions on setting up SSO.

User Roles and Permissions

Aampe provides several roles to ensure each user can contribute within appropriate limits.

Admin

Admins can modify any account setting and have full content permissions. They can:
  • Add/remove other Aampe users
  • Change roles of other Aampe users
  • Create new content
  • Edit, archive, unarchive, and delete all content
  • Share content with Editors
  • Manage account settings
  • Manage integrations

Manager

Managers have full content permissions. They can:
  • Create new content
  • Edit, archive, and unarchive all content
  • Share content with Editors

Editor (coming Q4-2025)

Editors have limited content permissions. They can:
  • Create new content
  • Edit select content when granted access
To share content with other Editors, click the share icon and select the desired user. The following content types can be shared:
  • Messages
  • Surfaces
  • Audiences
  • Triggers
  • Datasets
  • Templates

Reader

Readers can view all Aampe dashboards and content, but cannot edit content or account settings.
