Setting up your Event Funnel
Complete the following steps to set up your event funnel.Step 1: Import Relevant Events
- After your data integration is complete, go to Configure > Events in the left navigation.
- You’ll see a list of all available events, initially under the Blocked tab.
- Review the list and click Import for any event you want your agents to track and optimize.
- Engagement events (such as clicks or opens)
- High-intent events (like add-to-cart or app-specific actions)
- Revenue events (completed purchases, subscriptions, etc.)
Step 2: Classify Your Events
Once imported, use the dropdown next to each event to assign it a classification. Classifications tell your agents which actions are most important for learning and optimization.
Step 3: Specify Event Rewards
Admins can change the reward for each event through the menu next to each event (you can select multiple events at a time).
Managing Events
- To remove an event from your goals, click Remove on the far right of the row
- You can rename any event label for clarity within your business context
