Setting up your Event Funnel

Complete the following steps to set up your event funnel.

Step 1: Import Relevant Events

  1. After your data integration is complete, go to Configure > Events in the left navigation.
  2. You’ll see a list of all available events, initially under the Blocked tab.
  3. Review the list and click Import for any event you want your agents to track and optimize.
Focus especially on:
  • Engagement events (such as clicks or opens)
  • High-intent events (like add-to-cart or app-specific actions)
  • Revenue events (completed purchases, subscriptions, etc.)

Step 2: Classify Your Events

Once imported, use the dropdown next to each event to assign it a classification. Classifications tell your agents which actions are most important for learning and optimization. Funnel Menu Pn You can assign multiple events to the same classification type.

Step 3: Specify Event Rewards

Admins can change the reward for each event through the menu next to each event (you can select multiple events at a time). Reward Menu Pn See this page for details on the various reward options.

Managing Events

  • To remove an event from your goals, click Remove on the far right of the row
  • You can rename any event label for clarity within your business context
