Manage Priorities

Priorities can change quickly. How do you keep your agentic workforce aligned?

Label weights allow you to increase or decrease the likelihood that a given label will be selected for message creation. Agents still consider individual preferences, so content is still balanced between what is relevant for the user and your priorities.

Monitor Results

Log into Aampe regularly to keep an eye on the number of daily messages and recipients. You can also examine how labels interact with each of your audiences and discover new insights about your customers. Aampe can also share user and event-level data back to your data warehouse so you can build your own reports.

Curate Content

Agents thrive on a vast and varied corpus of content, but volume is not the only play. Once your content map is complete, there are regular decisions to make about what content to add, remove, or update. See here for thoughts on how to approach content evaluation.

Run Experiments

While each agent automatically runs many little experiments, Aampe’s infrastructure is also useful for running large A/B tests. With Aampe’s audience builder and a little random assignment, you can create distinctly different experiences for similar audiences to learn which experience is best.
