We have two main methods of delivering insights.

Just the Raw Data, Please

There are two types of datasets available from Aampe.
  • User data: Agents learn things about your users that are potentially useful as inputs in other models. Does a user respond to one offering vs another? What value propositions does each user align with best?
  • Event data: Agents make decisions using several statistical heuristics. We save the inputs and outputs of the decision-making process for offline analysis and reporting.
Ask your customer-service representative to set up a data share to route these tables into your preferred destination. See our developer hub for a more detailed overview of our data sharing options.

Composer Analytics

Aampe provides several charts to help you monitor your agent workforce. These are primarily located under the Analytics tab, but are also found throughout the composer for more focused content. See here for an overview of each chart, what it means, and how to use it.
