# What is Aampe?

Aampe delivers the infrastructure for a newer kind of personalization: one where each customer gets an AI agent that continuously learns their preferences and adapts their marketing and product experience in real time.

## Agentic Infrastructure

Most personalization tools rely on segments, rules, or generalizations. Aampe changes that. Each user — whether there are hundreds or hundreds of millions — has an agent that adapts uniquely. To support this, Aampe provides tools for:

* Creating and maintaining a large and varied content catalog.
* Labeling of content elements (offerings, value propositions, tone, etc.), so learning is built around content components, not individual messages.
* Optimizing over timing, channel, and content for each individual user.

## A New Approach

Rather than building rigid campaigns, you assemble a curated, pre-approved library of content. You apply labels and define eligibility rules for both messages and users. Then agents select, personalize, and adapt. As a manager of these agents, you:

* Monitor performance and replace or refine underperforming content.
* Adjust label priorities to align with shifting goals.
* Run experiments to improve your marketing and product strategy.
* Incorporate user insights from Aampe's data into your internal reporting or ML models.
