# Analytics Overview

## Our Analytics

We have two main methods of delivering insights.

## Just the Raw Data, Please

There are two types of datasets available from Aampe.

* **User data:** Agents learn things about your users that are potentially useful as inputs in other models. Does a user respond to one offering vs another? What value propositions does each user align with best?
* **Event data:** Agents make decisions using several statistical heuristics. We save the inputs and outputs of the decision-making process for offline analysis and reporting.

Ask your customer-service representative to set up a data share to route these tables into your preferred destination.

## Composer Analytics

Aampe provides several charts to help you monitor your agent workforce. These are primarily located under the **Analytics** tab, but are also found throughout the composer for more focused content.
